Our office will email you within 24 hours to confirm availability and send you a credit card authorisation form for the 30% required deposit in order to confirm the tour.

No seats will be reserved or booked or confirmed, unless Livingstone Trails received the above mentioned deposit, after which you will receive a written confirmation from Livingstone Trails.
The outstanding balance is payable to our guide on the day of tour departure. This payment can be made in cash or by credit card. You must let us know in advance if you would like to pay by credit card. It will be assumed that you will pay in cash if not otherwise specified.
There will be an additional 5% credit card handling fee added to all credit card transactions.
