Keep in mind when booking a transfer:
Moonlight Travel do not require that you pay a deposit to confirm your transfer. You can pay for your tour to our guide on the day of tour departure.
You can pay for your tour in full before tour departure, if you which to do so. Our office will email you a credit card authorisation form which you must complete, hand sign and fax back to us, or scan and email back to us.

Payments to our guide on the day of transfer departure:
You can pay our guide in (1) South African Rand cash, (2) by credit card, or in US Dollars, Euro or British Pounds cash.
You will pay the straight amount if paying in South African Rand cash.
There will be an additional 5% credit card handling fee added to all credit card payments.
You will receive a 5% discount, if you pay in US Dollars cash, Euro cash or British Ponds cash.

You must let us know in advance how you would like to pay the guide on the day of tour departure. Please note that it will be assumed and accepted that you will pay in South African Rand, if you did not specify.
