Keep in mind when booking a FP flight package:
You will be required to pay a 50% deposit when booking your flight package. This money will be used to pay the flights, and will therefore not be refundable in the event that you would like to cancel your booking. Our office will email you a credit card authorisation form for payment of the deposit, which you must complete, hand sign and fax back to us, or scan and email back to us. The balance is payable to our guide on the day of departure. You can pay for your flight package in full before tour departure, if you which to do so.

Payments to our guide on the day of flight package departure:
You can pay our guide in (1) South African Rand cash, (2) by credit card, or in US Dollars, Euro or British Pounds cash.
You will pay the straight amount if paying in South African Rand cash.
There will be an additional 5% credit card handling fee added to all credit card payments.
You will receive a 5% discount, if you pay in US Dollars cash, Euro cash or British Ponds cash.

You must let us know in advance how you would like to pay the guide on the day of tour departure. Please note that it will be assumed and accepted that you will pay in South African Rand, if you did not specify.
